Born in Havanna Cuba, Jorge Luis Torres has earned the reputation as one of
Cuba's best known percussionists. "Papiosco' is well known in Cuba for his
5-years stint with "KLIMAX' and a 4-year with internationally celebrated
'CUBANISMO". He has toured Europe, Asia, Canada and the U.S.A. and played on many studio recordings. He currently lives in Toronto, Canada.
Papiosco can be heard on the two forthcoming releases by Canadian group
MOCOMBO.
